The beads in the pentant are Czech glass. Give the necklace the same care you would anything glass. If dropped on cement, marble, ceramic, or stone the Czech glass could brake. Store in the provided bag so other items in your jewelry bag will not be knocking into your necklace. Very occasionally spritz the entire necklace with Windex, rub around so all surfaces are covered, and rinse thoroughly. Rinse some more to ensure that there is no residue from the Windex and let air dry completely. This will clean the beads as well. The beads are held together with nylon filament which will not be affected by cleaning. Return to the cloth or Ziploc type bag when the necklace is thoroughly dry. All jewelry requires some care to maintain its beauty.
